All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days .

• Netherlands & EU: delivery within 5–7 business days.

• International: delivery within 7–14 business days (depending on destination).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your Azaad Life™ purchase. If not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Tags and packaging must remain intact.

• Personalized or discounted items are non-returnable .

How to Return

1. Email us at azaadlife91@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you the return instructions.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (eg wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take a few extra days to appear in your account.
